I am filing for OPT via the I-765 form. I was told to make sure my form prints a barcode at the very bottom of the page (you can see an example here: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-765.pdf
However, when I go to the US government direct link (http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-765.pdf ) there is no visable barcode in the same place. Nor when I print the form does one appear.
Obviously the government site has the latest version, but my question is has the barcode been removed from the new version, or am I just experiencing printing problems? My school tutorial says make sure I have the barcode, but it is an outdated tutorial also. The last thing I want to do is submit everything with a required barcode missing.
