Thank you for the information, so to follow on with your answers on 1 or 3 with the past years returns how do I find out what Canada/Vancouver will require?

- Does it have to be notarized?
- Question 11: intent, not-intent, N/A?
- Tax return and W-2, past year, past 2 years, past 3 years?

Thank you for your input. It must be an omission on his part, my plan is to put the two middle names and send a copy of his birth certificate explaining why in cover letter. Will let you know how it goes.

So now I am looking at passport and Canada doesn't put any middle name on passport, just surname and given. But on all other documents, birth certificate, driving license, divorce documents all use both middle names. So if matching passport it would be empty?

Sorry if this is answered somewhere but I have searched all over here and the web. Seems like an easy question. My fiancé has two middle names, on his birth certificate, do I put both in the middle name field on forms?
Notification after Biometrics?
in Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports
Posted
Spouse had his biometric appointment Jan 15th, his status on USCIS page still states "Finger print fee received..." you know the message. Is there a notification or status change that the biometrics is done? Or do we just sit here and wait until one day it changes to ready for interview? or the EAD/AD approval? Help please wondering if I should call and find out if something is "stuck". Filed for I-485/I-131/I-765 all together.
