Hi, I'm on here checking and hoping for any approvals for December filers from places other than the Philippines. This wait is driving us crazy! Our text receipt of NOA1 was Dec 1. We are hoping to hear soon and I will post as soon as we do. I am so ready for this to move along! Trying to hang in there....

This forum has been super helpful even if it was from 2006. I have a question for all. We are gathering all our K-1 information and getting ready to send it all in. My passport is going to expire in nearly 2 years, so I guess that means it doesn't have the "5 years validity" and my birth certificate is in a safe deposit box in another state that's not nearby. I have is a copy of the first page but not the back of the birth certificate. I made copies of the entire passport and was going to send in that as well as the front page of the birth certificate. (parents' names are on there). Has anyone had a similar situation where you didn't have the exact requirements of these documents? I know I can order another copy of the birth certificate but I don't want to wait any more before sending this petition in. Any recounts are super helpful. Thanks!
