    Hi all,

    I have a question about immigration.
    My aunt sponsored my mom to the US. Then, she got the approval notice which has:

    Receipt Date: 08/11/2007
    Priority Date: 07/27/2007
    Notice Date: 12/09/2009

    My brother birthday: 12/26/1997
    Current Visa Bulletin: F4 (22JAN02)

    Would my brother "accompany" with my mom when she comes to the US? would he be aging out? and how do you calculate the CSPA age?
