Do you have the HNK number now and is that the number you tried to enter as the case ID?

The embassy doesn't give the case ID, the NVC does.

We tried HNK too but its not working even my passport # cant hep...

I am not sure but when i got my MNL number the NVC also gave me my case ID number at the same time, I m thinking you will have to call NVC as I do not think the Embassy gives a case number, only NVC, but I may be wrong on this, but a call to NVC should solve your problems

And as i look at our 129F there is case # there but no number in there..

Only the A number...

NVC gives you a MNL number and a case ID number when u call them, you may have to call NVC and get it

NVC gave me a MNL number but we transfer the interview in hk so now my case # is HNK...but i dont know why hongkong cant give me case ID...

US CONSULATE HK gave an interview appointment on feb.24,2015 but i have not paid my visa fee because i cant get through all the way to payments option

In step 8: it keep asking me my case ID but we dont know what it is

Please help me,i call consulate but they cant give me any answer,just saying send a feedback and email reply is a processing to do it and keeps me back to step 8...which is case id?!

anybody knows where i can find that case id...

Please thursday and friday is holiday here in hk and i dont have enough time to do it....please help

My appointment date of interview is on feb.24,2015 but i have not paid yet because i cant find my mrv payment slip in my account....

Pls.help me how to find it and i can print out so that i can pay....

Us embassy hk sent me packet4,(appointment date)...but when i log in my account it goes through the process like immigrant visa,then k1 visa then delivery address and last is case ID...my mrv payment slip is does not appear in my account

What will i do?!

Maybe hongkong is different....

Because they sent me packet 3(documents checklist)....then they said,i need to sign the form(saying that im ready for interview) and ds160 then send back to them....then they will give me packet4(interview schedule and medical)

Ok I just checked the ceac website it says hnk then the number then mnl and status ready . I had to email the iv replies her address and this is the people I have emailed since sept. 21 to get it transferred.

Its like that my papers before,keep email embassy manila because mine its just 2 weeks transferred ...hopefully this 2nd week i have my interview

Chengcheng we are now transferred from hk to mnl . Did you number change from mnl.... to hnk.... I just got an email from them saying she can schedule an appointment but the letters haven't changed and they are still using her hk address on the email . I emailed them her Philippine address as they requested when they informed me it was transferred.

They resent mailed packet 3 to me last jan.6 because the first one i didn't received,....im still gathering all my documents that written on the checklist

Yup,they change my case # to hnk....

Do a search on that package your talking about . Find hank's page and if it is the package your talking about you won't get one in the mail .

Yeah mine was being transferred as of dec. 24 . It updated again dec. 29 which was my expiration day .

US embassy hk told me,nov.26 sent from manila then dec.22 us embassy hk sent me a packet(but i didnt received so,they sent me again jan.6,2015).....

Us embassy hk emailed me last jan.2 saying that they sent me packet last dec.22 with my new case # but as of now i dont received it yet(they ask me to email my address and they will send it again)

It will not take 6 weeks to transfer the case

Because our papers sent from manila last nov.26,2014 and hk embassy made a new case# and sent me packet last dec.22,2014

So,its not take that long just keep email manila....( i have my new case # already)...good luck to us.

Mine says updated dec. 19 2014 and ready but not transferred . Wth .

Maybe theyjust transfer it but it should be have transfer in progress in the lower part of yourcase like mine

just keep your eyes on the CEAC website ! the embassies will do nothing !!!! as soon they say its ready the embassy will contact you !! other than that they will say they didn't receive the case yet

hello..i just want to keep you updated. i have sent an email to Cairo asking about my file and they answer me saying that THEY HAVENT RECIVE THE CASE YET it has been 10 weeks of waiting !!! im so disppointed

my case has updated 3 times( 25-Nov ) (2-Dec ) (3-Dec).The status still TRANSFER IN PROGRESS But Cairo still saying that they have not recive my case yet

Why take so long, they said its just 6-8weeks for transferring a case...

I emailed hk embassy today and they said our files is not yet in hk but according to their record last nov.26 manila embassy sent already our files to hongkong

So,i need to wait for a weeks until our papers reached to hk...

i have 2 questions for you ..

-what does the CEAC site says ??? Tansfer in Progress or READY or what ?? its the main thing you should focus on !!!

-did your case updated (changing in the dates ) since you request it to go to the embassy you want ??

-It says READY all the way in,no changing

But my updated date is changing

When i ask to transfer they replied me nov.7 and said they request our papers nov.6(from nov.4 updated date to nov.15)

Then the last updated is nov.28(a lot changing)

-I cant see now the st.lukes medicalcenter(before it say make appointments for medical)

-The last part of our case if i check in ceac it says like this

Mnl2014........01 hnk(before its mnl2014.......01 mnl)

Thats why im thinking its already transferred....

I contacted hk and they said that they have not received any request from manila YET.... she is in the middle of the typhoon and haven't talked to here in a couple of days since it hit .

Mybe try that,..since hk replied email 3-5days,then u will know if they already sent it to manila(ask hk only way,since manila no reply any email)

When manila replied u,it should be ur papers updated.... I think if the updated date is not changing it means nobody check or follow up ur case....just thinking

Yeah well that was our intention also but she has a daughter and she has to have an interview also . She tried to get her employer to let her work until it was transferred but they were hard people to deal with .

Did u call hk embassy if they transferred already?! I mean ask them if manila requested your papers since u cant hav any reply from manila
