I called NVC today and they said that my case was expedite and now I have to call US Embassy in New Delhi. NVC will not be the one to schedule my interview. The rep I spoke with she said that I need to figure out interview date with US Embassy in New Delhi. She said that once case is approved on expedite they just take all my document and send it to US Embassy in Delhi. All my documents were send to New Delhi Embassy on November 25,2014. Now I don't know if I need to just sit and wait for US Embassy to reach out to us or we should call them to schedule interview date ourselves. Please advise any one who knows how expedite case goes.

Can some one please advise me by when should I be excepting interview date for my husband. I checked my status today and it shows please see below.. Should I call NVC to schedule interview date? or they will reach out to me? I cant wait to receive the interview date. NVC is very unpredictable process. I do not want to get excited until I get the interview date. Any feedback would be appreciated..

I wish NVC had made this changes effective two months ago. I had to send my original civil documents. It worries me because those are the original proof I had and god of bit if NVC misplaces my document I wouldn't have any other proof of my birth or marriage. I had no idea that this visa process takes this long time. I thought it wouldn't take no longer then 8 months. Its pass 9 months and I am still clueless. It took USCIS 5 months to approve my I-130 and now NVC has this wait time of 60 days for any document you send to them. They literally take 60 days to review. I waited 60 days for my AOS to be reviewed. October 23,2014 I received an email on a check list. One very simple mistake caused me to wait another 60 days for AOS to be re-viewed. AAAAh never in my life had I understood the pain of waiting for your loved one. I am dying to be with my husband its going to be one years since we separated from each other. NVC will take 60 days to review my DS-260 and 60 days to review my corrected AOS.

I had the worse experience with USPS.. I would never again use them. They are worse at international or domestic. When my husband send something from India it took two months to get to me. My document was sitting in New York for months every time i called USPS they would give me run around. OMG I went crazy. I though maybe their Domestic service was better but nope.. I recently send some document to NVC in New Hampshire. My mail was sitting in OPA Locka Florida for week. I called customer service no one would help me. They are such a mess...

Kestuban, Thank you for your response, I guess I don't have much of choice but to wait another two months from the time MVC receives my AOS. I thought this process wouldn't take longer then 8 month but my guess was wrong.

I am US citizen I filled CR-1 for my husband living in India. My case is pending at NVC In New Hampshire since June 2014. August I submitted AOS after 60 days NVC finally reviewed my AOS forms. My brother is supporting in my sponsor. I-864 form Part 6 Item#10 did not have the correct annual income. NVC rejected my brothers I-864 forms. Once I correct my error NVC states I have to wait an other 60 days for them to review my case. I am very disturbed by NVC process. I Really dont know what to do at this point I am extremely tired frustrated. Has any one else experience this type of problem with NVC? I feel i am going through hell right now. I am US citizen but that has no priority.
