I've completed the DS-260 online, but I found out my case starts with HCM, so I have to submit the DS-230 by mail, but there is no mailing address to send it to.
and what other documents need to go with this, and does the petitioner sign it or the beneficiary signs the DS-230 part 1 & part 2?

I'm new and frustrated...
