and the CO told me im approved
they told me come on the 31 TH DEC to pick the visa
now on CEAC that my statut

but when i go to ustravel

i choise imiigrant visa

and the system tell me all K applicant need to have letter from embassy or any appointement are concelled

my K1 petition is approved on 30 october and sent to NVC and now i go check CEAC and its says

my case is ready for interview

so what i need to do

follow steps online and schedule appointement and pay fees or wait letter from consulat of casablanca

so i was waiting for mail from consulat in casablanca

but till now nothing

so i dont know what to do

hope anyone can advise me what to do

follow the new procedure and go pay fees and schedule appointement or wait package from consulat in casablanca ?

plus when i go online try to pay fees and schedule the the interview i see that message

that all K applicants should wait letter from consulat

my petion was transfered to consular service in morocco last monday

my fiancee just received text message that our petition was approved

so she told me to check on USCIS website

and hope everyone receive same approval text

that what check satut says :

On October 30, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

so i want help what the next step i need to do

we request expedite on the 8th september

but its not the uscis who sent our petition to local office

its the congressman who sent our proof to local office

so my fiancee make appointement to go to local office in baltimore on the 28th october

so our expedite request didnt show up on the email answer to the congressman from uscis

i feel like they didnt take our request for serious

i see that no one had same case of us

we requested on the 8th september an expedite in USCIS stage for financial and medical loss
on the 13th same mounth we got email to send them proof
scaned and sent proof same day
calling uscis every week for information and nothing
after a week nothing, 2 week nothing ,3 week nothing till now
we get congressman involved on the 22th september and nothing
today is most 30 days
today congressman office inform us that our request will be in local office baltimore field office
i dont kow what that mean and we didnt get the email or update on uscis check what he just told us
so anyone have idea
