  1. I waited 7days including sat and sun...after my interview...my status changed to issued... very fast... soo if your papers clean and complete... it just fast... then morning I went cfo after the seminar I rushed to moa get the visa and go back to cfo then stamped the sticker and went home..

Thanks for the reply .. :)

I think my papers were good .. Cause the CO said that my application was complete right after he interviewed me.

I wasn't asked a lot of documents that I prepared though , like employer certification of my fiancé , new intent letter, etc.

wasn't even asked to show evidence of our relationship .. They just asked my original BC, CENOMAR , NBI clearance and my fiancé's form I-134, pay stubs , W-2..

It took us 4 days from ISSUED. We picked up at MOA.

That was fast .. Hope mine would be as fast as yours .. Oh please , my fiancé might buy ticket soon ..

  2. my papers were accepted.. Thanks God!!!

Interview went well..just took about a minute on the final interview..

    just 4 questions were asked..

Thanks everyone who replied to this topic :) you guys are so helpful and amazing!!!

  3. Same day of interview. Good luck to both of us. Hopefully our CO will be in good mood on that day. I don't have my CEMAR too from NSO but I do Cert of Marriage from California. Hope they won't ask it. Best of luck to us. ?

Yes.. God bless us!! ? thank you :)

    See you there :)

  4. Best thing now is to go to your interview. But don't bring the subject up about the expiry of your CENOMAR or NBI unless they ask. Always answer their questions truthfully and look them in the eye. Do it with confidence. Good luck.

Yeah , that is what I would really do ..

    Thank you .. :)

  5. Don't stress, not a major issue. If the CO is in a good mood he/she may be fine with the one you bring. Worse case, they will ask for a new one... not a deal breaker.

Thanks Hank! I might just pray for my CO to be in good mood .. damn! I can't afford to cause delay .. :(

what else need to be not more than 6 mos.?

  6. Hi fellow VJyers,

I'm just wondering if I need to secure a new CENOMAR for my interview on Dec.? I got my CENOMAR on April, so it's basically 8 mos. old on my interview date.

Hope to receive your helpful inputs guys .. Thank you in advance .. :) xx

  7. I don't think all the applications from the Philippines are being expedited. My fiancé is from the Philippines and my noa-1 is 9/9. Others who have filed after me from OTHER countries than the Philippines have received their noa-2 already and I'm still waiting. I'm just saying....

    Agree..!

    I am also from Philippines.

We've filed our case on August 15th and still waiting for NOA2, and I can see that there even September/October filers who got approved.

  8. Hello everyone!

    August filer here. :)

We've sent our application on August 15, 2014 and we got our NOA1 hardcopy on August 27th. We're still waiting for the NOA2.

I've seen some applications that were approved so fast. Some just filed last month but got their NOA2 already.. How lucky! :) I'm happy for you guys!!

But I'm just wondering how that happened? Did you guys do it yourself or hired an immigration attorney?

Any tips, comments, suggestions, words of wisdom are greatly appreciated! thanks..

Good luck to us !! :)
