hello vj memnbers,i stay in usa for 2 months before we get married and now planning to start the application for aos ap and ead,my question is,after i recieve my advance parole and wants to go back to my home country can i come back to usa anytime?or do i need to stay in philippines as equal as the length i stayed in usa before i come back.thanks a lot.

for the biometric appointment, it is only the beneficiary that is required to be present. they will take the beneficiary's fingerprints.
