My husband works for a German company in the USA with an E-2 Visa. Now he has an offer from another German Company also located in the USA. Unfortunately this company isn't eligible for E-2 Visas. Is there any possibility to switch companies without working for this company for 1 year before they can issue a L Visa or are there other possibilities ? Thanks in advance.
