RFE Question...
When you get an RFE do you have to resend ALL the documentation again instead of just adding what you had not included earlier? We responded to an RFE with just (adding) new evidence like Title Deed to recently purchased home, new utility bills, and a couple other stuff. We did not resend documents we had sent earlier like IRS transcripts...
