Receieved two emails one says on June 6th a new card is being produced and the ither says on June 7th your application has been approved.

Got the notification that new card is being produced and they will ship it to the address provided.

I got RFE for evidence that we entered the marriage in good faith. We don't have a lot of pictures today but he is on my health insurance, car insurance, bank statements I pay his school fee, he's on the lease now, anything else that may help?

Got a notice for more evident my file hasn't been updated since December. I guess I should be happy they looked at it.

Is it weird that my husband didn't get a combo card. He got the work permit and a letter as his travel document.

Today I received a letter that my 131 is approved and I have to show that to travel so confused expected a card.

Hey I checked my case and it said the same thing and my I765 and I131 just says case received. Can I still get an RFE at this point or probably after the interview.

My husband did his biometrics today original appointment was for next week. About how long do they take to receive Fingerprints and receive work permit?

We got our biometrics appointment on Saturday our appt is Dec 22nd.

I receives notifications for I485&I765 after I made that post I received a letter saying they rejected my I-131 for incorrect payment and outdated application version.

Hey guys I need your help my husband came through a K1 visa we applied November 12 and the I-485 and I -765 were received. However, I received a notice saying my I-131 was rejected for incorrect fee, payment not signed, and outdated version used. I wasn't aware that there was a separate fee for that outside of the 1070. When I resend the application with correct how much is that fee? Anyone had this happen before. I really appreciate your help.

How many text messages do you receive. My husband came on K1 visa we got married and I applied for green card, work authorization, and travel but I got two email and two text messages. Also, only two letters now I am worried.

My fiancee and I will be getting married in 10 days and I will file the required paperwork. I am concerned because I only started working last November so my taxes were low, I will be fine for this year. Will that be a problem for the I864? Should I just wait until I file taxes for this year since it will be a full year. Also, I want to surprise my fiancee with a trip to vegas next year do I have to wait for the travel documents or can he travel with his passport only. Thank you so much for your time.
