So we'll be applying for my wife's naturalization after she's been here for 3 years as a LPR. Form N400 asks for last 5 years' work and residence history. In case of spouse of a U.S. citizen applying after 3 years do we still have to provide all answers for last 5 years or just 3?

Tier 2 is staffed by USCIS officers with access to applicable USCIS systems. USCIS officers may also escalate callers to a supervisor when necessary. 

I mean what options to select to get to a live person... I tied few but it seems impossible to get out of automated system

Hi... we moved during the I751 process and changed address and recieved confirmation. The case was approved but the status still says card is being produced while all cases that were in the same status on the same day have changed status to "card has been mailed"... could it be because of change of address that our application's status hasn't updated? How do we know if they gonna mail to new address or old?

My wife's card was finally approved today and the status is that card is being produced. Only I751 case was updated online not the CRI 89. Good luck and praying for everyone.

We got stamp in her passport last week and received 18 month letter yestetday. We recently moved to another state so cannot file N 400 for another 3 months. 

We want to change address online on pending i751. The form number in case status online is CRI-89 but that's not an option in dropdown . If i select i751 it gives an error because its not the right form type for the receipt. Any help? Thanks!

So we received white letter that says its a courtesy copy and not the actual letter. We are at VSC. Wondering if those who included G 1145 for email notifications are mistaken for submitting G 28. We did not use an attorney. Let me know your thoughts , those who received a courtesy copy. Where did the original go????

Got the extension letter which basically says its not an extension letter but a courtesy copy. Our best bet is to schedule infopass and get a stamp in passport. No one will accept this letter.

For my wife va DMV said they'll have to send the letter to Richmond for review. Amy tips will help. Also please share what DMV u went to. Thanks

NOA1 is dated 10-31- 17. Have not received the biometrics appointment as of yet. Should we be worried? How's it going for other late October filers?

This is important since we have no idea where things are until we receive the biometrics appointment. What if mail for biometrics goes missing. How do u know where's your case since you can't track it online until you receive biometrics appointment.

We received NOA1 today. It's dated 10/31/17 but it does not show online. I get the following message

• My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

Anyone else having the same issue?

At this point just prepare for your interview and have a good explanation ready if they do ask about your Facebook posts.

I highly, highly doubt they'll even make it an issue (unless you posted things that could be seen as hating this lovely country).

COs are educated professionals with a very sound judgment. They know what/who is harmful for the country and what/who is not.

Also be truthful. No other option there.

We called USCIS today and the tier one said that National Benefits Center is working on May 2015 cases. As was so far following timings for Washington field office since NBC processing times on USCIS don't even have I 485 listed.

How can I check which dates they are working on?
