    Start work before obtaining green cards?

    hi dear forum and you guys
    we have prepared documents for send to USCIS
    please tell me how I'm doing?
    some of the documents are the same, is this normal?

    CEAC Visa Status Check

    Hi everybody
    Do I understand about the status from CEAC correctly?

    In Transit - K-1 case in the way from NVC to Consulate
    Ready - case received by Consulate
    Administrative Processing - case was open and processed by the Consulate

    status Ready was from 20x December,
    we did try make interview app date through online site
    but the Consulate said docks not yet received

    then the status In "Transit" and "Ready" is the same - K-1 case on the way?
    we just thought that status Ready means they received
    what is next stage - email about Packet 3 and status AP?

    Hello everyone,

    My fiance ( the petitioner ) is disabled & she has partial medicaid.
    Will her medicaid change once we get married and have a sponsor??
    I'm not worried about me personally, I'm just concerned about my fiance ( the petitioner )....
    What other benefits will she lose after     get married?

    I have appointed to the medical examination in IOM
    1. What documents (copies from IOM) is required to change status later in USA, this is a copy of the vaccination certificate, or als a copy of the medical examination, etc
    2. What copies from IOM I should have for change status
    3. Should I be vaccinated against influenza if this place is hot in the USA (southern part)
    I'm not a fan of vaccinations, would prefer not to vaccinate from the fact that there is no need

    share info please who have already taken this step

    Many people here have experience without RFE

    I have some questions about I-129F

    1. Last Name - ALL capital letters?
    2. In care of name - blank or my name? (I live in my house with parents)
    3. Other names used - None or blank?
    4. Name of prior Spouse 1 - N/A, None or blank? (I have not been)
    5. Spouse 2 - repeat answer as Spouse 1 or blank?
    6. If my answer Yes on 13.a Birth in the US, should I answer on 13.d
    Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your name?
    Yes__ No__ - leave it blank? no answer?

    7. Child 1 of Alien Fiance - N/A, None or blank? (have no children)
    Child 2 and Child 3 -repeat answer as Child 1 or blank?

    And about G-325A
    8. Applicant's employment last five years (in 5 years no job)
    Unemployed, None?
    Occupation - None or blank?
    ______________________
