My fiancé and I so far have been away from each other for 8 months and waiting for our AOS and IV package to be scanned. We had a share of up and downs, but at the end of the day we still feel good with each other and it has not strained our relationship whatsoever with the frustrations we are going thru. If you barely speak to each other just after 2 months, in my honest opinion, I would move on. That isn't love my friend.

I completed the Agent Choice Form which was approved, then paid the AOS Fee.

I asked them to release the IV Fee so I can get my wife to fill out the IV Form and they told me it would not be released until AP was completed.

I did send them the AOS and IV packages last week.

Hi Everyone,

I have called the Visa Center 3 times since I paid my AOS Fee on April 16, 2015.

Responses from Visa Reps after AOS has been paid:

1st Call: AOS Under Review

2nd Call: Review Complete, Will let supervisor know why I haven't received email/invoice to pay IV Fee

3rd Call: It was approved on May 20th then went into AP and they are looking into it.

I asked them to be more specific, but they could not answer my questions and they told me to WAIT!

Has anyone gone thru this period? If you have, how long did you wait? what reason? Should I get help?
