hey can any one tell how long it takes to get passport once the status changes to issued

visa status changed to issued on 24th july when do i expect to get my passport to come in hands im from karachi

what token are you talking about i had given the token at the interview counter. was just told will get a call from amex to collect the passport

i guess we can ask them as they are very active at the facebook page and answering every one.

hi i have been following this topic since few days.

i had my interview on the 24th of june every thing went smoothly was asked only 5 questions the co returned all my original documents and was like your case is approved will get your passport in 2-3 weeks.

hi its all good we both are in the same situation its good we all share things and give no excuse to the embassy to keep us in ap.

only your fiance need to send the documents not you just make extra copies for each document.

show tax for 3 years and ask him to get letter from where he works.

if we have extra documents that is better if they ask we are ready with every thing.

What forms should be send back to the Consulate? Whatever is requested in Packet 3.

Usually:

DS-160 is submitted online but confirmation page needs to be sent to the embassy

Original Birth Certificate with English translation

Police certificate (optional but highly recommended, if you don't send it then make sure you have it with you at the interview because sometime they ask for it)

2 Visa photos

Photocopy of the passport page showing your picture and personal information

I-134 and I-864 (if income is not enough)
