I have K3 visa and in US now and we are also waiting for NVC to schedule our interview for CR1. We didnt want to make AOS. I wonder if i give a petiton to them, can they schedule my interview in US rather than in my home country?

* Police certificate

* Birth certificate

* Marriage certificate

* What else? Which forms will we fill rahter than DS230?

We received our I-864 package 1 month ago and everything is ready. For some reason my husband wants to wait to receive DS-230 package and send them together.

I ve told him many times, if we do not send I-864, they will not send DS-230package because every in step is in order.

Could you pls advise me which one is correct?Can NVC send DS-230package before receiving I-864 package? If you help, i will be very happy. Thanks a lot, good luck..

Our case is forwarded to consulate in my country and i got pack3 yesterday. My husband fill I-134 form but his income is not enough.. His parents will be our co-sponsor. So my question is it is required to fill I-134 for both himself and his family, right? Or is there any special application for co-sponsors on K3 visa?

We got K3 approved notice on 12/08/2006 and i would like to learn how will we learn whether NVC received our case? I also wonder next steps? I read guides part and as i understand from here, we will not do anything except waiting..

I checked our case status online but it doesnt show our case approved. Page isnt updated yet. I think its normal..

I checked USCIS page for Nebraska and it shows the receipt notice date 29/May/2006 for processing cases. Our NOA1 for I-130 is on 6th May and for I-129F is on 19th May. Does it mean that they processed our case? Does it mean that we will hear smth soon?

Well, you could update your timeline so we all know a little more about you. R U married? I have compiled all my original documents in one legal size folder to go with the two complete copies of my I-130 and I-129F. You, or your spouse/fiance will need the 'letter of employment' and affidavit of support. Its hard to tell what you need without a timeline. oh...and take a deeeeep breath, your doing everything you can do.

My husband received NOA1 for I-129F today, what will be our next step.. Our timelines is below. Pls help us.. And also i checked I-129F's case number from http://www.bcis.gov and it says

* Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this

automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is

correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status,

please contact the service center where you submitted your application.

Offff My God, what does it mean, pls hlp us? What is next step?

I applied for ourist visa with my husband and they just said you cannot be a tourist in US and reject my visa. I recommend you even not to intend to apply

And my another question is if i go to US with tourist visa and come home back on time before the expiry date ends, is it cause a problem?
