My wife got her 1 year extension and is waiting on her 10 year green card. The problem is that she did not receive an appointment for her biometrics. It has been 6 months and we have called 3 times and keep getting told that her application has not been looked at yet and to check back in a couple of months. Her extension expires April 2015. The reason for concern is that 2 of her co-workers who filed after her have already received their biometrics letters. Is there something else we can do to find out what is going on? Is this common for it to take this long? Please help!
PS- We received an email stating that her biometrics were up to date and if they need any more info they will contact us.
