August 10 hot our case completed. I called nvc today and checked if we already have interview date schedule. Agent told me not yet our case was under supervisor's review. I asked the agent if we have some problen with our case or they need to ask further papers from us. The agent said everything's okay. They would not ask any additional papers from us. Supervisor will check our case for schedulingthe interview.... Guys should i start worrying? Help me please. Enlighten me...Thanks guys...

Will this delay my visa process? I am just worried that they might ask me for sputum test which will take another two months. My lungs are clear.

I had my chest Xray yesterday just in preparation for my medical test at slec. I wanna make sure my lungs are clear and having problem with my respiratory. The chest xray result is Lungs are clear. Heart not enlarged. There is a blunt on both costophrenic sulci. Will I have a problem with this result? Please help I'm freaking out. Anyone with the same result? Please help.

Just an update - One of the two cases I have filed is complete today. I got a checklist for my stepson's case. Under supervisor review and can take up to 42 days.

What's the status on my fellow July 2014 filers? I hope most if not all of us are at the NVC stage

What do you mean can't get through with the website? My IV says "not invoiced" which i expected but the AOS nothing shows beneath.

I thought most people's were released at the same time the DS-261 became available. Who knows!!

When we're about to pay and click the payment proceed the page is just blank.. totally blank..some website glitch I must say. We are advised to to it once again this week.. so hopefully it will be fine.. I'm still not giving up for online payment.. but this will be our last attempt if this will not get through then we have no choice but to pay it through mail..

Urrrrghhhh can't get through with the website yet.. so we can't pay yet.. called NVC today and they told me to try it nextweek... maybe monday or Tuesday... sooo hopefully...

My PD 9 July. I called uscis, the girl told me that the processing times is between 5 to 6 months. That if by Friday I have not received anything, call them back. ...man... I am getting mad at their lack of give a $!+

Sorry to hear that. You might wanna consider asking help from senator.. Maybe that might help.

You may have to draw a money order as they have advised if the technical problem persists. All the best my twinnie

Got an email from NVV today that the payment for aos didn't get through due to website glitch...urghhhh..so we are going to pay it again on Friday.. Whee..false alarm lol.. We are advised that if for the second attempt it won't get through we need to pay by mail. Can anyone help me find the address for payment? Thanks...

wrong site.. go to the payment portal site to pay.. nvc should have sent two emails.. both documents in the email look like the same thing but in one email you actually have a AOS payment letter ... but anyways you can easily check on the payment portal site and it should have the amount and a box next to it that's says select.. select the AOS and at the bottom it should have a total of 120 ....

cant pay the IV fee it should say on the payment portal not invoiced

if you like me was hitting pay now in the form portal then yes it keeps directing you back to the start page.. no idea why they have it there!

Hi..How would I know if it's fees are available? Hubby and I viewed our case together and both IV and AOS fees showed up...so we decided to pay it both..but everytime we click the "pay now" it directs us to the sign in page..so basically we are like in a loop that keeps coming back to sign in page everytime we click it..does that mean it's not available yet? but why did they put Pay Now?

Yeah thank you... I saw it...DS261 is available and also IV fee says pay now...is it normal that IV fee is available first than AOS? I was expecting it will be AOS first.. LOL.. but I won't sign up for DS261 until tomorrow... I will talk to my husband first.. and we will fill out the form together....

My case came from VSC and was received at NVC on 1st Dec...therefore i will follow your timeline for updates. We called today and the lady said we check second week of January. Sad...Really how long to wait... and could someone also advice us on the exact documents we should start putting together for the next steps?
