I received a biometrics appointment notice for 7/29. Finally! I've changed my address a couple of times, so that might be why there was a delay? Hopefully you guys are getting it soon

On the receipt, the following is written.
NOTE:Conditional resident applicants, including conditronal resident dependents residing overseas pursuant tomilitary or government orders WILL NOT RECEIVE an ASC appointment notice. To completebiometric processing, these applicants must submit the required items listed on the I-751 form instructions.I am confused because I think I am a conditional resident (through marriage). Will I receive an ASC appointment or no?Thank you for your help. -

I mailed my application on 5/9/15 to CSC and it was delivered on 5/11/15. My check still hasn't been cashed yet.

Thank you very much for your reply. To give you more details, I'm planning to travel for about 5-6 months overseas early next year, then come back in the middle of the year and apply for I-751. Once I'm done with Biometrics for I-751, I'm planning to travel overseas again for 6 months to 1 year. Since I will travel for a while, I wonder if I need to apply for I-131, and if I can apply for I-131 as soon as I receive NOA and get approved.

I just got an email from USCIS that the new card is in production (Aug. 28th). yay!!!
