I feel this is completely justified. I signed the petition. I'm really happy for people who have been lucky enough to be processed in California but it is very unfair of some of us to be processed faster simply because they were sent to California. There should be a more fair process. If Texas is so far behind California a lot more petitions should be sent there so at least the processing time frame is equal. I even requested to be sent to California just on a whim and they said I couldn't request it.
