  2. What part don't you understand?

You have applied for Permanent residency, USCIS will soon schedule an interview for you. They will send you a letter to tell you when and where the interview will be. You will have to attend the interview, where an immigration officer will ask you questions to determine if you are eligible to become a Permanent Resident.

Ya understand, what how long i hv to wait for an interview????

  3. Today we went to USCIS office for my husband's biometric appointment for I-485 , i-765 . We talked with branch manager to expedite his AP application. He took his receipt number and he asked us to have his biometric done by today for AP. We did..... But he didn't gave us any further information. He just advised us to call USCIS. We already made a request to expedite our case over the phone. As we were not able to get info pass appointment within in 3-4 days. As, my husband has to leave in the first week of march. Is there any other way to get AP early??? Please advise me if you have any information about this...

    Thanks

  5. Hi

My husband has already got his biometric fingerprints appointment (for AOS,AP, EAD) which is on 24th february 2015 in USCIS OAKLAND. Actually my husband's brother marriage is in the first week of the march in India. So, he wants to attend his marriage. Is there any way that we can get his Re-entry Permit early. Please guide us through this process if you have any information about it as soon as possible. We would really appreciate your help.

  6. Once you get the visa you typically have 6 months to use it to enter the US. So the answer would be yes. Check the expiration date on your visa when you get it.

    ok thank you

  7. All of this. You cannot enter on a K1 and turn around and leave. Well, you can, but you'll be back at square one with visa/immigration.

Belinda outlined your options clearly above. I'd suggest waiting until after your sister's wedding to come to the US on your K1 and have your own wedding.

    ok thank you guys

like if my visa is approved in dec. 2014 can i wait until mid of march 2015 to came in usa ?
