and explain everything he was a nice CO to listen to me 

before the interview, I uploaded our email chatlog,money transfer receipt , air tickets, and passport stamp, and I COULD chat and picture albums 

yeah it was k1 were AP one year in Pakistan US embassy 2015 

We have been married now 5 years  

the CO put me again AP us embassy in abu dhabi 

yeah its was 2nd interview 

a few days ago I had an interview in the us embassy,, and all documents were completed,, and the CO asked many questions,, then he thought and finally he said I mark you AP administrative processing.

he gave me my passport back and my birthday certificate 

he said what you said is correct I said yeah 

then he said ok put the right hand 4 fingers 

then suddenly he said can you show me your chat history 

i showed I brought there like 500 pages 

he asked how often you both talk I said daily 

my question is, HOW long does it take to administrative processing  US EMBASSY ABU DHABI? Has someone had an experience like that before?

im now in UAE and got job and i have   UAE ID ,, 

my fiancee from usa very soon we will get married in uae , in uae law if female want marry to male must be have present her father or Guidance but   if both not then NOC from us embassy , how we can get NOC ?

if anyone pass same situation  kindly share their experience ?

my k1 case was reject pakistan us emabssy  221g june 2016 ,, embassy sent the to nvc then sent to uscis .. in oct 2016 uscis reached my file ,,, they told to my fiancee that time after 6 months we will review ur file 

yesterday my fiancee call to uscis they told to her your case close ?

is it normal?

can we submit married file??? 

how difference age your and your wfie??

is she american by birth ??

and how many days she did spend with during her stay at pakistan?

and how long your know each other?

how many questions embassy asked during interview ?? end of interview what they said??

its normal .. have u any red flag ?

after 2.5 months my case update

In my opinion it would be a big mistake to get married now without waiting to see what happens with your K-1. You would have to get married and file a new petition the I-130 with proof of the marriage then wait 5 or 6 months for that petition to be approved. After that you send more documents to NVC and that is another wait for them to process your case and send it to the embassy. There is another long wait until you get an interview date and then the embassy can put your case right back in AP for years if they want. I know it is very hard to wait but getting married is not the answer to your problems.

yeah ,, my fiancee sent email many times got standard reply from the embassy .. we also involve congress man embassy did standard reply from the embassy in AP there is nothing to do just waiting waiting

same here .. after interview they don,t tell me your approve or not they told me we will let to know you ...one year complete still AP

No you should not get married. You would have to start over from the beginning. You would have to file a new petition, pay the fee and wait 5 to 6 months for the petition to be approved. Then send documents to NVC and wait for them to complete your case. The last step would be waiting a month or more to get an interview date.

As I said 6 months is not a long time in AP for the embassy in Pakistan.

Monday will be 6 months in ap status still reads ready for interview emailed them no reply. Never received anything at interview do u think i should just get married this is so difficult i dont want to be stuck then not even get my visa really this process is so unfair. Advice please feel hopeless

next month one year will be completed in AP :( we also contact congressman ... us embassy was did same stander reply
