Hi guys!
I'm finishing up my I-485 Packet and I was wondering what I had to send along with my I-864 form.
I know I-864a goes along with it, since my household member will be filing an I-864 form as well. What else do I need?
Thanks for everything! Hope you all have a great day!

why didnt ya text me and ask, girl?! hahah yess just the beneficiary since it'll be used for their visa!
Haha, I didn't wanna stress you out! Thanks though, Allie!
-
Just the beneficiary.
Thank you!

Hey guys!
I just wanted to know whether the beneficiary was the only one who had to bring in passport photos or does the petitioner have to bring some as well?
-
I'm sorry, but what statement exactly?
-
Hi guys! So I'm finishing up our I-134 and I was just wondering what the letter of affidavit of support should include? My father is the one signing it and if anyone could help us out with what this letter should include, we would really appreciate it!
*Also this does have to be notarized, correct?

Yes, you will receive the ARN on your second I-797 (NOA2). Sometimes USCIS will change an ARN twice, that's why you won't find it on the NOA1. Many petitioners see the change a week or two after receiving their NOA1, others get it much later right before approval. Some other folks get it twice - right after NOA1 and right before approval or somewhere in between.
At the very least it is a "touch" on your file.
Good luck!
Thank you for explaining that! I was a little confused! Right now with all this waiting, at least knowing that there is movement with my petition even in the slightest bit helps.
Thanks again!
Yep, you should see the new Alien Registration Number (A#) above the beneficiary's name on the I-129F Visa Petition approval form (NOA2).
Good luck on your immigration journey.
Thank you for clearing that up!

Hello everybody! I sent my I-129F petition in the beginning of October and upon checking that petition status online it states: On October 14, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).
However, I have not received a number and I'm just wondering whether I will be receiving it with my NOA2 since I've already received my NOA1 and it was not included.
Thanks in advance! May you all have a great day!

A Letter from both of you stating that it is your intent to marry 90 days within the fiancé/e's arrival into the U.S. is all you need. Make sure to have one from each of you and it must be signed!

Congrats! Wish you the absolute best!

I wrote out saying we face time, Skype, and email. I only print off one page to show the email logs. 7 pictures. Copy of ring receipt and all flight itinerary. I also showed 3 different flower cards, sent for like birthdays and such. That's all.
I went through Texas. Best of luck.
Thank you for your comment!

Do not forget, Include your passport photocopy of you visiting her within the last two years. It is best to have met within 1 year though and do not forget your letter of consent stating that you and she needs to get married within 90 days of coming to the US.
And do not worry. The hassle it looks with all the paperwork with proper management it is an experience
And be patient, one day too late everything will be alright.
Thank you so much for all of your help, I really do appreciate it! Starting to get so nervous since I'll hopefully be mailing out the whole Petition tomorrow and I just want everything to go well!

My husband and I sent less than 10 pages spanned from 2008-2013.
Yeah I'm sending less than 10 pages as well, I just took a screenshot of a conversation or a video call from Skype every month and printed that out!
-
I think it's both. Showing that you talk enough and that you are talking like a couple who is in love and wanting to be together.
I think it's very important to show that.
I sent screenshots of whatsapp conversations talking about how much we love each other, talking about the future, living together etc etc.
Yeah, that sounds like it would be good! Thank you so much for your help!

If ur using USPS yes that's the address. I also put on the next line after USCIS...Dept of Homeland Security.
We don't skype, I just sent in phone logs. I believe they like to see a sampling of sporadic communication over a period of time. Someone else will give better skype info I'm sure
Best of luck
Yep, using USPS! Thank you so much!

For proof of ongoing relationships I have printed out some screenshots of some conversations between my Fiance and I on Skype and Facebook. Are they looking for the content in the conversations or the amount of conversations we have?
Also I know it's on the website, but I am extremely paranoid. The address for mailing in the I-129F petition is still:
USCIS
P.O. BOX 660151
DALLAS, TX 75266
Is that correct?

My fiance and I were 19 too and my interview is in a month We had a little work experience, but I don't see why that would be decisive.
Good luck and don't listen to the judgemental people you will have to deal with, only you know the potential of your relationship!
Thank you so much! That really made me feel better I wish you the best of luck as well!

Hi JulMar... I put down my college/University as the employer and full-time student as my occupation. It is basically a job to be a student and then it also becomea clear to the Person looking at your application that you are a student.
Hello! Thank you so much, I though I was the only one and was worried about putting it down like that because other posts were stating that putting down your school wouldn't be counted as an employer! That sounds much better to do rather than just putting down Unemployed! Thanks once again!

The date you signed the petition doesn't matter. Only certain things are date sensitive like the I-864 for example, which is only valid for a year from the day it's signed.
Oh alright! Thanks for letting me know.
-
Nope. Wont cause problems. Just make sure the forms you signed are still accepted editions/versions.
Okay! Thank you!
-
Congratulations!

Hello guys! I have a question: Passport pictures are meant to be sent from at most 30 days prior to the completion of the Petition, however if some papers are signed does the date on these forms affect the petition as well? For example if I were to send in the forms in today and they were to be dated from a month back or so, would this cause any problems?

I do not think that he can go back to Canada after you guys have gotten married in the United States. That was a question I had before as well and upon some research I had found: http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/free-books/fiance-marriage-visa-book/chapter5-23.html

Hi, i was reading some topics today and i found this onehttp://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/515639-fiance-is-young-20-and-has-never-worked/#entry7256376 his timeline says his I129f has been approved and the date for interview at consulate is tomorrow... so you should contact him to know more, his case looks similar to yours
Thank you so much! His case is quite similar to mine, I will be contacting him to know a little more!
It's not a red flag....there are many students that engage in international relationships and desire to marry and live in the US.
Red flag? No.....Great burden on the young couple...Yes
As long as your Embassy accepts cosponsors for K-1 applicants, you're good to go.
Thank you so much for that! I got scared for a second thinking that my age and education would be coming in as a problem of some sort. Embassy does accept cosponsors for K-1 Visa!

Thanks for making that clear! So I'll be filing two separate I-864 forms. My original question was: what evidence needs to be mailed in with this form?
