Just wanna ask about those filipina who applied for cr1 spouse visa ,if anyone who applied for the first or setting an appoi tment and filing up an application form online , me and my husband will gonna marry on 23rd of March , and now we were doing now the paper works or requirements for cr1 spouse visa. As a first timer in applying passport in Philippines should I need to use my husband's surname in my passport application form? Or OK lang na kahit family name ko pa rin and nakalagay pa rin eh single ako doon sa passport? Thanks sa mga sasagot.
