My problem is in my cenomar/cemar the first name of my husband was misspelled instead HERSHAL they put HERSHEL ,is it going to be a problem or am I going to receive 221g if they see that?should I need to get another copy ? Thanks in advance .

What about the AOS barcode sheet ? Should I place it second to the NVC cover sheet .

Hello guys, can anyone advice me we already paid the AOS fee and were waiting for the NVC to invoice the IV fee. Our question, can I send the AOS and IV fee even we haven't pay yet the iv fee? And if yes ,how can we able to assemble it from NVC barcoded document sheet on top second the AOS barcode sheet then the AOS packet + iv packet ? Please help me

Well our case got approved last august 18 and same here were having a hard time to get our MCN and iin I don't know why it taking so long for NVC to tell our case number which sometimes its already ready arhhgghhh

Kinda curious now, why it taking so long for Nebraska to send the approved cases to NVC ,this will be our third weeks now after our case got approved from Nebraska sc and until now still approved in USCIS case tracker , it should be sent to the department state by now.little worried

Hello we are RFE too ,I'm a June filer . just wondering if they do update you one they received your RFE response in the USCIS tracker or they only update your case approved ?thanks

I got an RFE to submit a photocopy of the original Marriage Certificate before October 23, 2016.

Do I have to send it with supporting documents like boarding passes, Passport Stamps, photos, moneygram receipts ?

There's an RFE Letter you will receive ,there's a list of documents that they are looking so whatever is on the RFE letter that's the only docs you need to send on them........ BTW I got an RFE too last July "proof of name changed" cr1 here ,Nebraska sc,and my noa1 is June 14 ,I got the RFE letter July 22

Our noa1 is June 14, and were RFE June 22....from Nebraska service center. How many days they case approved if you are RFE?

Would like to ask some of the filipina who went on CFO for seminar who had the same experience like mine before. I had my seminar may 18,2016 at CFO Manila my certificate is on hold because of my husband's ex wives information ,next week will be my dfa appointment for passport which CFO certificate is one of the requirements to change surname on passport . I message already the counselor from cfo but until now no respond ,I already paid the 400 pesos ,I am curious why it taking so long for them to reply ,what should I need to do about this? Please help me guys

Hello to all VJ members , I would like to seek some advices or answers from this. Do I still need to present my birth certificate which the status is "single" or the one who my status now is " married" ??? Are they still going to seek some of my ID's when I was single ? My birth certificate had a problem before because of changing first name and last name,which kinda too late to fixed before because I already had my school records , but was fixed already and there's a remark on my birth certificate that will certify that my first name and last name was changed . my question about it ,is this will be the cause or reason of RFE? What should I need to have or to do more just to skip the RFE ???

Hahaha I don't know what will u answer on my friend and her husband to be , so I tried to write it here maybe one of you can able to help melody and henry for because recently they book an appointment for legal capacity but their laptop went off and didn't able to print the form with the ID ,they thought they can still able to revive it since the link is in the history but they saw its expired , and the site didn't able to book them again unless they will change or cancel the appointment the only problem is they didn't know the id on the form which is the password to cancel their appointment so they can able to book again and print the form...how they will gonna get the form with the I'd that they booked recently ?

In what way the US embassy manila or the dfa manila (passport) will know if the birth certificate is valid or not, I have a friend who just recently passed their i-130 ,we were talking on phone until she told me about the her birth certificate she used fixer for the surname in her birth certificate so she can able to marry to her husband and she did and got her passport and did able to passed the i-130 form, I'm not here to judge her its just I'm curious why dfa didn't notice her birth certificate that its fake .
