NOA2 still NOT received ---- last touched March 24, 2006.

Haven't been touched in 1.5 months (since 7/26/06). NOA-1 was 7/21/2006.

Is this normal?

Has anyone else experienced this lack of attention and affection?

Of 28 people who received an NOA1 (for an I-130) sometime in March of 2006, 19 have already received their NOA2s. The remaining nine couples have not.

our petition was last touched on 3/24/06 and that was it.

we share your frustration but are trying to remain positive (and busy).

the process appears to be very random. i think we'll go crazy trying to figure out what the USCIS is doing.

i am the USC from NJ --- last name begins with "Z". similar to you and your spouse, we have no criminal records. we thought our case would be straightforward. we never would have guessed that this part of the process would have taken this long.
