Still waiting..... July 23rd sent off AOS, I131 and 485 with 1 RFE. Got conflicting emails/text with case updates - one with interview date for March 26 then changed same day (hours later) to will update case by April 18th.... Don't really know what to do. Go on the interview date, call to find out if that date stands, or wait until the 18th as it says on website. USCIS is doing really bad for me. Either mail is undeliverable or conflicting....

Is anyone else receiving text messages in error from USCIS? I got 2 text messages today saying 1) EAD card in production and THEN AN HOUR LATER 2) card was undeliverable by USPS with tracking info TO MIAMI, FLORIDA!!! problem is, I live in Atlanta and have not used any Florida address. In September, they sent messages saying mail undeliverable. Then I never received a biometrics appt in the mail. I walked in one day and found out I was a month late for the appointment. Sigh. As if this process isn't long enough, uscis seems to have a backlog and a lot of confusion going on. I'm sure at this rate I won't know when my AOS interview will take place. This SUCKS!

Hello everyone! I have an info pass appointment on Thursday and I was wondering if anyone has been to the Atlanta office (or elsewhere) has any advice for me. I axe this appointment because I stopped receiving mail from USCIS saying it's undeliverable. I missed my biometrics appointment by a month, thank goodness I just did a walk in and was able to complete the fingerprints. So anyway, I don't want to miss my interview and the website has not updated my case at all, nor have I received any emails or text notifications since original documents were filed in late July. Just looking for some advice to get this case moving!

What should I take with me and what questions should I ask?
