My fiancee interview is February 2nd at HCMC Vietnam

justice records 2 Hoa went to apply on December 19th paper receipt shows that it will be ready January 13th

but nothing yet is this to worry about, and is the paper receipt of completion fairly accurate is there a number i can call to check the status

should she still go to interview, or reschedule our NOA2 is valid through FEB 27th rescheduling would go over this date

no coffee money was given just the regular amount to receive this doc

any interview advice would also be greatly appreciated

Can i ask you for help? Could you please to share any tips (if have) that how could your fiancée can book an interview in Feb 2nd 2015 while the calendar is already full appointments until March?

Last time, i saw another couple rearranged their interview appointment earlier (from Jan 6th 2015 to Nov 20th 2014), they said they saw this day was available and they took it. Can i do that too after i get an interview date?

I'm going to book my interview appointment today but i saw the frist available day is March 4th (as Alex & Nhi showed) on my account. Where can i check a whole month or another months?

The only paperwork i need now is my Orignal Justice Record Check #2. How long does it take to get this one?

what i did was i started at 7 am to check status it always says no appointments or some late March appointments that we did not want, so i refreshed the screen every 5 minutes or logged back in every 10 minutes well at 8 pm after 13 hours Feb 2nd open so i snatched it.--- yes you can re-schedule , but i think its risky, i think you must cancel first, but if your fast it can be done

the justice records i have heard rumors the if you give tip 500 000 dong or more you can get them the same day or they make you wait 10 ---21 days

Vietnam k1 visa interview date is 02/02/2015

i have sent all supporting documents with i134 affidavit of support all dated and signed December 1ST, will this be ok we are worried because the interview is 2 months out, on 02/02/2015

will documents be acceptable, does anyone know the guidelines to this questions

my opinion is that they will be ok we just don't know 100 percent

Our k1 visa left NVC on 11/14/14 to HCMC Vietnam

I am ready to send all supporting documents to my fiancee with i134, on 11/21/ she will get by 11/30, is this to early or should i wait

my understanding is that i send everything to her including i134 and she brings everything to interview is this correct, (i do not send anything to the consulate)

i called the HCMC consulate elected option 5 for the operater they would not direct my call to anyone and i must inquiry any questions to there website through email

is there away to talk with them, anyone have any ideas to help let me know please

we just received noa2 from CA service center (what do i do now)

i am gathering all the financial INFO and i have completed i 134

do i send my financial INFO to NVC are they going to send me a request for my financial INFO

i know i can call them in about a week or 2 and get our no tracking number is this correct, i also send all this INFO to my fiancee in Vietnam

wow thank you everybody off to California service they are the fastest but aim readu=ing Vietnam is very slow to set up interview they ranked one of the slowest countries in 2013

Our i 129f visa arrived today 9/23/14 at 10:30 am at Texas lockbox with delivery signature so far no e notification or txt message sent

the form says within 24 hours they will send e notice or txt so they have until 9/24/14 10;30 am

is this unusual or does it come at the last minute

and what if it doesn't come is this worrisome because i thought it would come this afternoon on 9/23/14

i sent my k1 visa on 9/22/14 i met Hoa on 3/16/14 i visited and proposed on 9/01/14 we had an engagement party with her whole family

i only visited her once for 3 weeks

we both have never been married aim 54 she is 37

i submitted photos emails and we talk on the phone everyday

what are our chances of approval from you guys out there
