I'm a bit frustrated and not sure what to do at this point, IF there's anything I can do. So we submitted our I-751 back in May 2017. Since then we received an extension letter and have had passport stamped TWICE. Still no word that our case is moving along. What should I do to speed up the process??

Yes, we received a RFE in June due to them not having any documents for May 2017-June 2019. We submitted everything in May 2017 so there was no way we had 2019 info 🤣 Then earlier this month, we received another letter stating our case was transferred. It reads "We have completed a preliminary review of the application or petition listed above. We transferred your case to the following USCIS office listed below so an interview can be scheduled." And then it has the Lee's Summit address. Hopefully they won't take too long. I was worried because it was over two years before we ever heard anything from them.

We submitted I751 and information back in May 2017 to California Service Center. Finally two years later, we received a RFE in June 2019. Just a couple of weeks ago, we received a letter stating that our case is being transferred to Lee's Summit, MO. Does anyone know about how long it'll sit there before we hear something?? 😨

I dont think so. I found there was member's case transferred to NBC on the same date, but her case was approved nearly one month earlier, so please dont be pressuring yourself. We can make it!!!!
I did receive a letter extending the date for 18 more months. I just feel like it's taking too long

I submitted my I-751 back on May 8, 2017. My case status shows last update of May 11, 2017...does this mean it has not been touched since I sent it??? I've seen other cases get approved with the same date as mine. Should I start to worry?? 😰

I submitted my I-751 on May 8, 2017 and when I look up the case status, it shows the last update as May 11, 2017!?!?! Why is it taking so long? I've seen others around the same date that have been approved. Should I start to worry?

I was unable to attend our interview due to a flight delay. Our interview was scheduled for 10 am and I left Miami 15 minutes before. My husband went anyway and asked if we could be interviewed when I got there, after 1 pm, and she told him we could either go the following Monday or he could try on his own. Because I had just started a new job and had already asked off those days, Monday was not an option. Luckily, he was approved without me even being there. The DR embassy is difficult to deal with for sure.

I received an email from NVC yesterday giving me my interview date, June 18th...it says nothing about making an appointment at the VAC prior to the interview. I remember the DS-260 being filled out and fee paid last year when the petition was first submitted. Does this still apply to me? I understand my husband has to have a medical exam done but I'm a little confused about the whole VAC appointment...
I-751 transferred to National Benefits Center without filing N-400, what to expect?

I contacted my state representative and they said that our local office, Dallas, is currently processing May 2016 AOS submissions. When we called USCIS to inquire we were told it could take anywhere from 20 to 40 months from when they receive the application. So according to them, we are within the processing time 😩
