Here's my situation, I am French, living in France and I studied in Montreal,Quebec for 3 years. Never got arrested there. I wanted to know if you absolutely need a fingerprint based police certificate or If you can just get a name checked based to bring to the Interview. I'm confused because the website ***removed*** says that you just need the name check based certificate for US immigration In case I need fingerprints, how long did it take you guys with commisionnaires? thanks!
