3 months waiting for 221g is long.specially in manila embassy.. without any update.. the other approximately 1 month... the one i know been 2 weeks in Ap i told her to call and email then she called and she found she need to pass more document. and now she waitng what to do next...

from sept 24 no update but when my husband called embassy sept 28 then next day sept 29 my status change to issued.. are u checking ur status in ceac? what visa u applied for?

try to call or email them ... and ask if any update about ur status...im at 221g before sept 11 interview then send document sept 19, recieved by embassy 22 got status update 24 and never change my husband called and email embassy the next day my status change to issued.

Yes.. but i wasnt sure thats why im double checking if there any same situation.. coz in the interview the consular said. We will see if u will need co sponsor... abd thats what they email to us..

So they can combined thier income tomeet the poverty guideline??? No i mean his here in philipines but his dominicile is in states.his address dominicile is address with his mom coz he really living with his mom.when his in states.. His here PI temporary...

Our case is in administratitive processing

I done interview sept 11 and they got mein 221g for cosponsor cr1 coz my husband is selfemployed but did not meet the poverty guideline...... my question is can my husband use form1-864 A for her mother as co sponsor to meet poverty guideline ...since they living in samehouse in states?... but my husband been living her

I know its too early to worry just wanna know... hoping visa will be issued before oct 27 because my husband BB STAMP will expire oct 27 he need to exit philippines with my baby and he kinda dont like to go without me so if visa issued it will be great for us..thank u inadvance inadvance friend:)

Form 1-864a is co sponsor for household member

So can my husband do the form1-864a

Submitting his form 1-864 with his mom 1-864a to combine there income to meet the poverty guideline...

But the question is can he do that? Even he is residing here in philippines now? But his dominicile is in same address of his mom.. so will that consider a household?? As soonas we get to states we will live with his mom... so pls anybody encounter this? Pls enlightened me i am sk stress:(
