Just recieved nvc confirmation letter with interview date, yay. With another obstacle in the way it has brought up some questions. I noticed on the letter that petitioners aren't required to attend the interview. Will my absence affect the interview outcome in anyway? Is there anywhere I can check to see if I am required to attend? If anyone that had a interview in Santo Domingo consulate could give me a reply that would be awesome. Thanks everyone!

First thing tomorrow I will call. I did send the package express. It arrived at NVC on feb 3. Did not recieve conformation.

Well i just sent the package a week ago and havent gotten any letter of conformation. In the email It states im missing financial evidence (aos), birth certificate, passport and marraige certificate, basicly everything. Hopefully its a false checklist.

Just got an email from nvc stating that some documents where missing?? All the documents stated in checklist were sent! Any idea ehy this would happen guys?

Almost done with AOS & IV packages, wanted to ask one last question before I seal it up! Is a letter from my employer considered evidence of income? thanks guys!

help with the question on ds-260 form. Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law? what does this exactly mean?

Is joint sponsor suppose to give me tax transcripts of last three years or is it something else. Can he just go online and get transcripts of the last three years is what I'm really asking.

my mistake i already filled the ds-261, choice of agent a week ago and paid the aos fee. Today it marked paid on the CEAC. I can still send in aos package before filling ds-260, correct?

oh so i can fill ds261 without paying the fee?

it has had pay now since it was available to me a week ago. the aos fee i was able to pay but not the iv fee.
