Thanks. Karim.

hi all, i did, actually the copy of the green card is in front of me, the expiration is 06/07/2007. however, i just noticiced on the top of her green card it says,
"PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD".... Does this imply, she never got a conditional green card....
What does it say on your green card..... Again, she came in 06/07/2005 through k1 visa....
thanks for your response and help...

the expiration of the conditional green card is two years from the day she came to US, which was 07/07/2005. i am 100% sure that her green cards expires on 07/07/2007. i don't understand why i have to file for i-90. any thoughts...

timeline has not been updated, my wife came to us in june 07-05. got the conditional green card sometime in jan 06, has an expiration of june 07-2007. i will update my timeline, in the mean time if you guys can help me out with my question i would greatly appreciate it.
hi, my wifes green card will expire on june 7th, 2007. i send the i-751 and all the supporting docs on the 20th of feb, i got a rejection letter, stating i filed the form too early, need to file within 90 days of the green card expiration.
i resent the documet on mach 14th, 2007, got a rejection letter again, stating "the service is unable to process the petition as submitted. it appears that the form i-751 is not necessary at this time."
thanks. karim

Hi All, this morning my case for I485 was touched, i got little excited. However, when i clicked on the case to view the update, i got the message, "CASE NOT FOUND..."""
Should I be worried? Any ideas / thoughts.
Thanks guys and gals for looking into this.

hi, we were on the same page before i contacted my congress women, it was more then 180 days, and we never got a called for biometrics, i contacted my congresswomen, they sent the letter to the lee summitt and after few days we got a letter from the lee summit stating that they were waiting from us to schedule biometrics. it was ridiculous, according to the i485 noa#1 it stated that the USCIS will schedule an appointment for biometrics. after few days we received a letter for biometrics, got it done and received our EAD in few days. EAD card has an issue date of Sept 05, however we received it in Jan 06.
Hope this help.

Hi All, one quick question, i submitted 1-485 in July 05, and recently our case has been transferred to CSC, i got an email today saying that my case has reached to csc and it will take between 270 and 300 days, but back in august when we received our NOA#1 it stated that the case will take 120-180 days.
how come its going to take soooooo long, any ideas..
is it the case with all of you whose case is transferred to csc, they give you a new processing time?
any insight in this matter would be greatly appreciated it.
thanks. karim * laila.
