I have been waiting for a very long time for an interview date, today i called and NVC informed me that my interview date will be on October 7, 2015 unfortunately i can't make it. Is there any way that i can change the date?

I am also waiting. My case completed on August 11, 2015. I haven't seen anyone from DR with october interviews yet. Hoping they start soon

Its ridiculous. I called yesterday and they told me its waiting for a supervisor to review it and that it can take up to 42 days as of july 8th. Mind you i call every week since may and still no response. This whole process has been so frustrating.

Have been stuck at NVC since April 2015. Got a checklist on May 15th sent back and received by them on May 21st and still no response. Feeling so frustrated like this is never going to end.

Yesterday i called NVC and requested to speak to a supervisor because i have been stuck there since april i got a check list on May 14 and sent it back and received by them on May 24, and still have gotten a response. It took me over two months to fill out DS-260 due to system issues. The supervisor told me that he will request my file and look over it. Have any if you been told this, and if so how long did you get a response back?

I am also still stuck at nvc. This process has been beyond frustrating. My IV fee was received on May 15, 2015 and still shows on the site as not paid, I have call so many times already and nothing. Hoping that we can continue on this horrible journey next week.

Going through the same i know how you feel. This process is so frustrating. They received my money order for the IV fee on 5/15/15. And was put in there system on 5/19/15. and still nothing it shows as not paid. I have called twice this week.

Hey I heard its like $289.00 in the old consultorio and the new one is a little cheaper.

I hope everyone is this thread have gotten their NOA2. Just wanted to give everyone a little update NVC received our doc on April 7, 2015 and on April 14, 2014 i got my case and invoice number. Paid AOS today and mailed out all my supporting and civil documents also. I hope everyone is having a smooth journey.

Finally got approved today. PD 10/3/2014. I hope that everyone thats still waiting gets good news soon.

Any time I hear a beeping sound of new email arrival or a txt message, I cross my fingers that is USCIS

We were so patient up until now but ever since Octobar applications started appearing on a approved list, the waiting became too painful.

I know the road until the end is too long, and there is a lot of road to be covered ahead.. But the rest stop would be nice.

It is very unfair. My pd is Oct 3, 2015. And i have called numerous times on Feb. 4, 2015 the supervisor i spoke to put in a service request i received the response via mail on saturday March 7, 2015 to allow additional time since they process the cases in order it is received. Which is bull since a lot of people who sent out after us get approved sooner. This whole process is so frustrating

It is so unfair that USCIS approve people who applied later, if it was a fair process it should be a first come first served but apparently there is just no standards for the process... it is like being waiting in line at the Bank for 3 hours and somebody comes in and goes directly to the counter!!!

I am fine on waiting with patience until my time comes but what really makes me crazy is seeing people being approved in less than 2 months and then people like me having to wait, I would really like USCIS to explain us, people who is paying them why the process is so unreliable!!

Sorry for the rant but I just think that the way they process the applications is just all over the place.

Those of you who are waiting are you able to see your case online? I have not been able to see my case at all before it used to say validation error, now it says my case status does not recognize your receipt number.. This is torture lol.

Its defenitely not processed in order there are people here that got there NOA2 fast. But i guess there is nothing that can be done but wait. My NOA1 is from Oct 3 aleast we are alot closer not

hey kkg325 i feel the same way i submitted mines on sept 29, 2014 and nebraska received it on Oct 3, 2014 and havent heard anything and i am not able to view my case online it shows as case not found its extremely frustrating.

Omg this service center is sooo slow. My pd is October 3, 2014. I have a long way to go.

I am at exactly 92 days at Nebraska Service Center I still haven't heard any thing and I am not able to see my case online

I am filing a separate petition for her.

You need to send an I-130 and a few other documents that are outlined in the instructions. A G-325A would not be one of these.

I filed a I-130 for my husband and it was received on October 3, 2014. I would like to add his 11 year old daughter to this petition which i am preparing the package. I would like to know if i have to send a g-325a and a photograph for her.

Just wanted to vent a lil. So aggravated at the fact that my petition was received on October 3, 2014 at Nebraska Service Center and i am still not able to view my case online. When I call the customer service number they keep telling me the website is still down. Its unbelievable how this site can be down for such a long time.

It also so sad to see the unfairness how there are certain people who get they petition approved so quickly while others have to wait so long.

Anyone else having the same issue that they can't see their cases.
