Is your 13 year old daughter using her income to contribute to the household income to meet the poverty guidelines?

PS. If those red marks reflect your household count, that's incorrect.

1 and 3 do not both get answered for a K1 AOSer. See the instructions above the household questions about not counting ppl twice.

    Did you provide:

1  Your joint tax return Transcript PLUS your individual W2s for the I864?

    2. A second copy of the joint tax return Transcript plus HIS W2 for his I864a?

Where did you get the amounts from that you input in Part 6 Qu 7 and Q 10? Did you use the W2s (you should have) and not the joint return Transcript?

Are the amounts copied EXACTLY how they appear on the W2s and are not estimated?

The only thing my mistake is Sent the petition for my dad January 21,2020 and I dont have 2019 W2 for me yet that time and me and my husband we haven't file our joint income tax return that time so I used 2018 w2 and I used 2018 tax return for total income household.

    1. Yes insubmitted my w2 2018and my husband plus Itr  2018

2.Yes, we included on the packet too his w2 and our married filing jointly 2018

    QUESTION 7. I put my w2 amount

    QUESTION 10. I put his w2 amount

QUESTION 20. I  Put the Gross annual income from our Itr 2018

  4. Can some help me out.

I sent an petition for Concurrent filing (I485& I130) for my dad.

    ● I included on the packet for I864 (affidavit of support) I signed and my Husband signed (I864a contract between sponsor and house member)

    ●  my annual gross only $26,000 my husband $40,000 total on our transcript filing joint $66,000

We are household of 4 me, husband daughter + my dad.

    ● received an RFE today i didnt meet the poverty guidelines due to $26,000 but i thought by  my husband signed the I864a ( contract bet. Household and sponsor ) i can use his income since we live together we filed taxes jointly?

Some one pls . Enlighten me how should i fix this problem.

Can my husband be a co sponsor and fill up I864 because only his income meets above poverty guidelines
