Dont worry. most of the cases you dont face any legal problems. By default your entry is recorded electronically and passport stamps in electronic system. The immigration department knows about your entry and exit details they probably won't bring it up at all unless you give them a reason to.
Around 30% of the foreigners don't get their passports stamped and it's never been a problem.
If you are coming from UK or listed countries (Waver program) you dont worry not required stamp. Some rare circumstances Immigration department will send a notice to you in the form of Request for evidence (REF). You can submit proper documents later. Ok be cool.

Hello dear kayflex n pinky,
Most of the NCV processing routine applications in approximately 4-6 weeks from the time of application. If any suspected cases its possible to increase long time.
So dont think so.. be cool and advanced congratulation..
However, I recommend take legal/immigration consoling as well to prevent most of the legal cases.

Your Case is much different, US immigration department send RFE most often, so dont try individually, consult the best AILA doctor to succeed.
