My friend is a DV 2015 winner, his case number is AS 6XXX, interview is expected to be in May/ Jun next year, his wife is pregnant and expected to deliver in Jul. He is worried about the medical report for his wife, X-ray will be risky for the Embryo. If she didn't provide the medical report to the CO, they will lose their chances of getting the green card?

No it doesn't matter what nationality the passports are as long as they are valid. And if you submit the forms now and have different / new passports by the time you interview that doesn't matter either, the CO will just update the details at the interview.

What's stopping you from submitting the form now?

Because i am not sure which passport to use, my documents like (Children's birth certificate, ....etc) shows the nationality of country A, and i want to use passport of country B. Is this creates problem?

My case number is AS 9XXX, which means my interview will be sometime between Jun & Jul-15. When should i submit my DS 260 to be safe and not late for the interview.

My Friend's wife is pregnant and the expected delivery is May-2015. And the interview is expected to be in Jan or Feb 2015. Is the medical report is compulsory for his wife, since the X-Ray is required for the medical report and it is risk to the fetus. Is their application will be denied?

It wont be a problem, you can use the passport what ever matching with your original application name.

Even if the names are mixed-up, i mean the last name is First and First name is last.

I have been selected for DV 2015 for further process and i am expecting my interview in July or August. I have an issue with my application and i need your advice in filling DS 260. I have 2 passports & names order are different in each of them (Meaning in passport X the names written in the following order My name, Father Name, G.F name & G.G.F name all in one line, on the other hand passport Y names are in 2 lines 1st line which is My name only and 2nd line is the remaining names Father+G.Father+G.G.Father), While submitting the application in oct-13 i have filled my name as per passport X, but without the middle names (Without my Father & G.Father name), is this a significant issue? Which passport should i use X or Y for Filling DS 260? can i choose any of them? and for instance can i choose passport X for myself and the rest of family members uses Y?
