NOA was 4th April. I don't think it was transferred 

CSC applicant. Was surprised to see my I-751 and GC arrived in the mail last week. I was expecting it around November-December.

This may sound dumb but what is the difference between NOA and NOA1? Thanks!

Got my checks cashed last night! Now I can wait

Package delivered on 03/27 and my GC expired yesterday. The check haven't been cashed yet. I thought California was fast

Also, I sent them 2 check: one for I-751 and the other for Bio metrics. I see folks above sending just one. I am not sure if it matters

I sent my package on Saturday and it was received today. My green card expires on 03/30

Just my 0.02 cents... but the earlier you file the better. Situations could change and you could get busier later in March perhaps. Your NOA1 would let you travel and stay in Status for the year and if there is an interview that falls in the time that you are away you could go through infopass and have it rescheduled. 

USCIS understands that life/accidents/health etc.. happens and they do have choices for you if you are not able to make an interview day. You just have to let them know well in advance of your situation.

 Thank you for the input. I thought everybody has to go through an interview but apparently only 4/5 get the interview call. I will send the package on Monday

Hello VJ Family,

I am currently eligible for I-751 filing and the last day to file  is 31st March 2017. However, I am currently in a huge dilemma because I have trip planned to my home country in June for about 3 weeks and worried about the interview call falling in this period. I see that the average max time for the approval is 8 months and that would be in August but I still want to time it so that the interview is either before or after the trip

What would you guys suggest? File it in January or wait until March? If I file in January, I may not have the 2016 Tax statements for the evidence.

The package was sent on 6 September and biometrics appointment was on 10 October

Finally happy to see my EAD card asking to be produced. It seemed like a pretty long wait

It doesn't work. I've been trying since 8am and it won't work. I opened a post a couple hours ago and more people said its down.

Maybe they are changing things.... Maybe too many people uses it and the server is down haha.

But it's driving me nuts I need to look at it every morning and before going to sleep.

I check it 10 times a day haha

I tried checking my case status but looks like the server is down. It just won't load the page. Is anyone else among you facing the same issue?

Thank you. No the online status still says "...ready for interview scheduling. When scheduling is complete, you will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview...", so it was really a surprise.

I just got a text and email update about my EAD Card. They give me my tracking number and it should be here Wednesday!!!!! Can't wait for that!! Time to make this money!!! After so much frustration and waiting, finally feels good to be hunting for jobs soon. Hate staying home and then going out having to control my wallet

So this is my Timeline. Its kinda weird that there is no sign of EAD yet, but my I485 status has changed to testing and interview

09/6/2014: AOS/EAD/AP sent (delivered on 09/09/2014)

09/15/2014: NOA1 texts/emails (x3) - Check cashed

09/19/2014: NOA1 hardcopies (x3) received

09/29/2014: Biometrics appointment notice received

10/10/2014: Biometrics

10/27/2014: I 485 Changed to Testing and Interview
