Are you spouse of U.S. citizen or permanent? Your pd is july 28th 2014? If yes your profile is confusing.

If you are spouse of us you ll get sooner if your spouse of GC holder ll be in december or even January depends on cut off date of VB.

Thanks for your email sivin, the first one my wife sent was next day delivery and the second one was just a normal delivery lets see how long it wil take to get there since the first one was sent in urgently and didnt get there, she sent it via mailing to them not email. i need to give them till wednesday this week again to see if they receive it if they dont then i will be mad on the phone with them... fingers crossed

i dont know what is wrong with nvc not been able tor receive doc this period, i sent in my british police certificate, since on the 24 of august, and called them on the 7th of septem and they said they did not receive any docum, so my wife had to resend it again on the 8th of sept and i called them on the 11th of sept they said they havent receive any doc yet again, 2times now, so am just ganna wait till 16th and call them back, but this time trust me am ganna be meannnnnn to themmm if they havent got any doc yet .. because its time killing and upsetting.. thanks guys pd date 28th july..

I think there is a confusion.

You need to send copies of your documents to NVC and the originals for interview.

But there is nothing called original W2 or tax transcript available to my knowledge. Its always when you request they will send you a printout, which will not have any seal or sign on it. So with respect to tax documents, copy or original.. both are same.

Thank you so very much, this is what i want to hear, but my joint spou filled jointly with his wife and the nvc still requesting a W2 2014 tax, but we have given this to them before, dont know why they are asking about it again, and the pcc should be submitted to them and W2 2014 taken to the interview, so confuse here .

my question is does W2 2014 has original? because thats what is important now current W2 FOR 2014 is what they said i have to take to interview and my pcc(police clearance certificate should be submitted to them, can i just submit both to them just incase?

For the interview, its always the originals...did they tell you to submit the british pcc now or just bring all of it for interview...

So was it a checklist??if it is, once you send the documents and NVC scans them...case completion will take another 30 days from then..

Thanks so much for your fast responds, yes it was a checklist, and they said we should take the W2 2014 tax to the interview and submit just the british police certificate cus have leaved there for awhile before coming to nigeria, but my problem here is that the W2 2014 is it original or printed copy, just need to get this clear. thanks for your quick responds.

Just received a letter from nvc stating my joint spo should submit a W2,but the w2 should be taken to the interview and i need to send them my british police certificate, really dont understand this but i will be submitting the uk police report soon to the nvc, anyone knows how long this will take again to get a case complete or an interview??? thanks guys.
