Everything is finished as far as paperwork and submitting docents, and paying fees. Now my husband and I just wait for the apointment. I must be patient. :/

I feel kind of lost in this whole process. I recently paid the AOS fee on 2/23/2015. Do I wait for the IV bill to be invoiced or is there something I should be doing in order for it to be invoiced? How long does it take normally? Any help would be appreciated. Kinda confused to this whole process.

My husband is currently in France receiving medical treatment for a prior bike accident a couple years back and have all the required documents from the doctors needed explaining so. My question is; being he's originally from Algeria and is a citizen there can we notify the USCIS of this and have his embassy apointment transferred to France instead of Algeria seeing it's for medical reasons and if we do so will it delay the process? After almost 8 full months finally NOA2 was approved!! So happy! Can anyone give me the next a steps that will be taken please? Any feed back would be appreciated

After waiting 7 months for a NOA2 I just checked and it says RFE for my case. Idk what evidence they could possibly need? Does anyone know what the common RFE they normally ask for on an I-130?? Any feedback would be helpful.

I wish TSC would hurry. My first NOA1 was april14,2014. Still haven't gotten NOA2 yet. C'mon already!! Feeling down
