    My husband is currently in France receiving medical treatment for a prior bike accident a couple years back and have all the required documents from the doctors needed explaining so. My question is; being he's originally from Algeria and is a citizen there can we notify the USCIS of this and have his embassy apointment transferred to France instead of Algeria seeing it's for medical reasons and if we do so will it delay the process?
