They will need to apply for a B-2 tourist visa, and would be approved or denied on their own merits. A letter of invitation will not help them.

Hi every one, I'm getting marry at November in states and my parents would like to come to the wedding from my country.
They never been in states before and don't have US visa yet
So what visa category they should apply?
Should my fiance(American citizen) mail an invitation latter?
How long whole visa issue take(approximately)?
And any advice would be nice

Wait until your fiance calls you and tell you his visa approved, and then you will feel like it worth every second you send
Well my fiance didn't get excited so much she told me she knew we would get it( deep note i call her at might night after a long day work:D and 8 hours gap is not helping)
fly in the US in 2 weeks! :)

!!! Warning do not open the packet came with passport it's for the officer at the immigration,
!! don't forget your x-ray disk and vaccination paper if you have
