It means someone at the embassy went through the case and sorted out that you are a K-1 fiancee applicant and not a spousal applicant, which is a good sign. You can probably expected another update pretty soon.

You can still apply for SSN if your I-94 still not expire!

Note: you have to apply for SSN at least 2-3 weeks before I-94 getting expired

Just to inform you guys my fiance made it through POE and it was very smooth couple questions , fingerprints and 6 months I-94

I have read at Visajourney specially in philippino forum that NO CRIMINAL RECORD is bad because that means you have a record with police
