    We reviewed the Affidavit of Support documentation you sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). According to the current poverty guidelines, it does not appear you or any of your sponsors meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrant(s) for this petition. To avoid delays, you may have an additional sponsor complete an Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) and provide it to the intending immigrant to submit at their interview. At that time, a consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement.

    they didn't say the detail. but i am pretty sure my income is enough to sponsor.

    I would like to know whether the AOS of F2a petition for my children is the same checklist as petition for spouse.

    I am not so sure about the AOS I-864 checklist for my children.

    Could you guys please inform me the list as you know?

    Then, one more question, does my boy need to fill the military service form or something attached in AOS form?

    It is only for boys, I guess.

    Hi chitwse,

    so sorry that i didnt reply you since. The communications I have received from NVC apart from NOA1 and NoA2 are welcome letter containing AOS fee invoice (it was sent to my husband and me). I also received an email when AOS was paid on the 6th of August. submitted ds261 form.

    Right now, I have not been invoiced for IV fee nor have access to Ds260.

    I am still trying to gather my AOS and IV packages (experiencing this delay because of my police certificate)

    I think it means that someone with ctober 2014 PD has gotten welcome letter while quite a number of July 2014, lots of August 2014 and September 2014 are yet to get welcome letter.

    However, does issue of welcome letter have to do with individual countries and allocated visas or the work of NVC and the USA alone.

    friend , my kids PD is same with you.

    my kids NOA2 is also same with you.

    do you get any contact from NVC ?

    i got nothing news from NVC . \

    i am so worried. any suggestion???

    hello all my friends,

    i filed for my twin kids. their PD is aug 22, 2014.

    i know that their case is already in NVC because i got letter from NVC saying that my kids case are in their hands but can't do anything yet.

    so how long do you think i can get NVC case number and IV number from them?

    i got nothing from NVC since January 2015.

    it is normal???
