I have 2 friends one is us citizen but working in Malaysia and another one permanent resident and working in Singapore who willing to be my sponsor but I don't know how will be their tax return like? Can meet the income requirement or not. Are they allow to be joint sponsor? Please advise and share your experience

  2. What if there is no joint sponsor represent us? And my husband last year income 2014 doesn't meet the requirement but he already has a his own business lately March and also already file his sales tax lately we have submitted his business registration online print out and business tax return. what are the document need to be represent it .. Currently my situation is on administration progress .

  3. We got RFE too.this is the content:you must submit evidence that you and the beneficiary intend to marry within 90 days of the beneficiary's entry to the US as K-1 evidence may include ,but is not limited to,copies of correspondance between you and the beneficiary discussing wedding plans, evidence of wedding plans such as announcements, plans made to reserve a venue for the wedding.or any other evidence of you intend to marry one another, for example an original statement from the beneficiary establishing her intent to marry you within 90 days of her admission to the US .

    Also my fiancé didn't complete part2 question2 page5 of I-129f.

Concerning evidence, the letter of intent to marry from me the beneficiary will be enough? Or can we send the letter of intent from the petitioner my fiance again to be sure?because we sent it when we sent our petition.thks for the answers

What about my case we already married for 1 years plus.. What are the RFE possible to have ?

  4. Tomorrow is the interview! Super nervous!! Hopefully will not get RFE! Because my husband doesn't have w-2 for 2014 and didn't have tax transcript but he started his business on March 2015 and just registered with BOard of equalization. And recent sales tax return has been done...

    just wanna share our RFE,

its just a question, if my fiance have ever been convicted? answer is NO.

    and thats it.

What if he/ she does ?

  5. this is wrong, he can absolutely apply to remove conditions on his own with a divorce waiver. He cannot lie and stay married until it's time to remove conditions with his wife for the sake of getting the green card, it would be visa fraud to do so. There is a divorce waiver for a reason and exactly for situations like this.

As Teddy said this is the most screwed up thread, ever. So many people guessing and giving wrong answers. If people don't know the answer, then just shut up. Seriously.

OP you can 100% file for divorce now and remove conditions now with a divorce waiver. Make sure you gather as much evidence as you can to prove you married in good faith and evidence proving you were indeed living together as a married couple. Do not listen to the advice of people here who are telling you to stay married to your wife and wait until after the 10 year GC is received. Lying to immigration in order to get a green card is what will get you deported. The minute they find out you stayed married just so you can get a green card, game over. Hire a divorce attorney and take care of the divorce FIRST, then you can deal with removing conditions with a waiver. As long as you do things by the book and don;t lie you will not lose your green card. Good luck

Sincerely apology give on that. Don't have much experience but did not know this is a better way to solve our friend's case. Thank you for sharing! Hopefully he able to go through this. All the best.

  6. Same goes to me there is an spelling error on my husband birth certificate and amended it already I have the original birth certificate with the spelling error but they won't give a corrected one but they have some attachment on that instead. do we need the original attachment or scan copy can be replaced it? Please advise !!! Please please interview date is reaching .......

  7. Roz,

As my suggest is seek for the lawyer that u gv you or you just remain married for another 7 months. not too long. Think about it it's suffer awhile better than suffer forever ... IF you no longer married to a citizen you may not able to adjust status I suppose. Then unless your current company would sponsor you for work visa to stay back. If I'm not mistaken. Hopefully it works ! All the best. Hang on there.

  8. OMG.....A huge congratulations......i was reading all ur post in this thread since your interview to today. Soooooo happy for you.

Going through same hell. CO asked me to submit a new joint sponsor bcz he has already sponsored many in past. So he is ineligible. Where the hell they were uptil now? NVC never told anything about this nor my interview letter mentioned to bring new joint sponsor. I was so careful since inception though it leads to AP for me.

    Need prayers.....

First of all I would like to congratulate!! With your experience what are the vital documents I need to present during the interview? And is that compulsory to go for vaccine and head to the medical check up? My medical check up is on the coming April 01,2015. Please advise!! Thanks heaps

  9. Me and my wife got married September 18th 2012, we filed for the green card pretty late but I finally got it in November 2013.

We have been married for over 2.5 years. But I have only had the green card for around 1.5 years and It's still on conditional status.

As the topic says. I work nights and I come home late. I usually walk my dog when I get home.

When I was on the street I noticed my wife making out and hornying up against another guy inside a car. I was shocked and my entire body became weak. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Our relationship has been good and bad, but mostly bad. Despite this we never gave up, until she did the last few months, she became distant and always came home drunk or high. And yes she's an aggressive drunk.

When she cheated on me this Sunday, things felt bad, but in a different way, I kept trying in my way, but she had totally given up. I didnt understand what was going on until I saw her with the other guy.

We had talked about taking a break from each other the same day. But seeing her doing this, one exactly the same day.. heartbreaking and devastation is not enough words for it.

She said she will move out, but she's still staying here until she can find an apartment. And while shes doing so she keeps justifying her cheating on me and keeps telling me that its been my fault that it happened.

She makes me depressed and I cant stand her, especially when shes still staying under the same roof.

She says legally Im gonna have to pay for the deposit of her new apartment and some of the rent.

I just want to not be with her anymore, I rather die than to ever see her again.

For the greencard, the proof I have of Bonafide marriage is:

    - Joint signed lease for apartment

    - Joint car insurace

    - Joint bank accounts.

    - pictures of me and her together (recent ones)

    - pictures of me,her and her family together (also recent ones)

We went to couples counceling about 1 year into the marriage, I might be able to get those papers, but Im not sure.

Im anxious, depressed and now terrified that ill lose my ability to stay. I've built myself a career that I couldve never achieved in a country like Sweden that I'm from.

Am I going to be safe If i divorce her and file the I-751 early??? What should I do???

    Please help me

I forgot to say we filed joint tax return for 2014. I didnt have any taxes to file for 2013.

I'm so sorry about it! Are you currently working in LA? Maybe you should seek for lawyer for consultation if you still want to remain in the United stTes. I have very good lawyer and the price is cheap to adjust status.if I'm not mistaken it's free for consulation. Email Danielle@kvisas.com good luck!!
