Our interview was on yesterday. I went through the Yes/ No question first. Then she asked us about how did we meet...she also ask for the bank statement and our debit cards. She made circle every transaction were made by my card and my wife card. We told her that we gonna go back to my country for the wedding. After all, she made copies our debit card. She reminds my wife to apply for a passport to go oversea. Then she told me that I got approved. But she said that it gonna take an hour for reviewing our case. She gave us and our lawyer the futher review letters. Then we got the text this morning about our case was approved, the Welcome letter have been sent. What we should expect?

Testing and Interview

On November 2, 2014, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for December 4, 2014.

Awwww don't mention Christmas haha. My first thought about filling in September was: ok in one month you have the EAD, learn to drive find a whatever job to be able to buy Christmas presents for everybody then find a better job.

I don't think my plan is going to happen after knowing how the Atlanta office is working.. I feel it's going to be a long journey

As I always said I don't care about the green card how long they take but come on just EAD let me drive and work!

I just got my EAD. Gonna renew my DL tmr, then SSN. Anw, don't know when is my interview.

I got the notification from the uscis this morning. says that my EAD is mailed. Need I pick it up or it's gonna be in my mailbox?

Early walk in failed in Houston..a notice on a front door said that they do not allow early walk in customers. Lol.

We received our biometrics letter today.

our appointment is 10/17. I'm gonna try to walk-in tmr.

Biometrics completed today on schedule - in and out of the Varick street office in NYC in 15 minutes. Fingers crossed that New York speeds up a bit, right now it is a super long wait to get scheduled for an interview.

OMG. They sent the NOA1 to my mail box on Friday last week. The funiest thing is my brother in law kept it @@ he just gave it to me today...

I've got some good news guys We received our NOA1 through email this morning! Our package was delivered to USCIS last Wednesday 9/24 and I also checked all 4 cases on USCIS.gov and they are all in initial review except i485 (Application to adjust status) which is still in acceptance. I am guessing initial review means the applications were checked for completion and they are fine right?
