i think it`s to early
usually they sent COA a 6 month before planned date of interview, indeed now exactly 6 months before january 2008, but line is moving 2 weeks per calendar month. so with speed of line moving of two weeks, persons with PD in start 2008 will receive COA during a one year at least -

I agree with your sentiments! My PD is 21 Apr, 2008 for all countries and I too have not heard anything from NVC to start the process. Let us keep each other updated. Thanks for the support. Good Luck to everyone!

Did your husband get any answer from USCIS?
It seems that NVC is taking their time to schedule the interviews. Its dead silent for the family based members.
