Greetings,

Good news for CSC filers, got a message today on the portal that my wifes green card is being produced...We filed in May 2017, in February 2018 got a message that it was transfered to local office, and today the message that the card is being produced. I cant believe it. Do you guys know how long it will take to get the green card, it says 120 days.

We applied in MAY 2017 (for my wife) to remove conditions on residency, shortly after she got a letter for her biomertrics appointment, however we have not heard anything since then, and now its almost a full year. 

I went online to check her case status, and to my surprise it says

"Case Was Received At My Local Office

On February 26, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.:"

That is the status I get when I check the first of the two  application numbers on the FORM I-797C (NOTICE OF ACTION) form, the number that starts with I751-WACXXXXXXXX. However, when I check the other number that starts with CRI89-WACXXXXXXXX, it says

"Case Was Received

On May 5, 2017, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number WAC1715650652, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by June 4, 2017, please call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

Did anyone experience this also and can anyone make any sense of this?

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone and this forum, my wife just passed her interview this morning, it sounded like a breeze, with only a few questions asked..as to what her plans were when moving here, when we met and got married, family plans..and that's about it.

As we are getting ready for the interview, I was wondering what fees need to be paid before and after the interview. As of right now all the NVC Fees are paid, IV & AOS, and the Medical has been completed. Are there any other fees that should be paid before? And are there any other fees that will have to be paid after the interview?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO COMPLETE THE MEDICAL EXAM BEFORE THE INTERVIEW LETTER HAS ARRIVED ( THE INTERVIEW IS SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 1ST) BUT WE WANT TO GET THE MEDICAL EXAM OUT OF THE WAY ASAP BECAUSE THE LETTER MIGHT BE DELAYED IN POST. MY SPOUSE CALLED THE RESPONSIBLE DOCTOR AND HE SAID IT CAN BE DONE BEFORE THE LETTER AND THAT SHE SHOULD BRING ALL OTHER DOCUMENTATION ( PASSPORT ETC)

CALLED NVC TODAY, FOUND OUT THEY SCHEDULED MY SPOUSES MEDICAL EXAM LAST WEEK (SHE LIVES IN BOSNIA I AM IN THE US). THE INTERVIEW IS ON JUNE 1ST, I AM AFRAID SHE WILL NOT RECEIVE HER MEDICAL EXAM LETTER IN DUE TIME, SINCE THE POST TAKES FOREVER THERE. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS ENOUGH TIME FOR HER TO COMPLETE THE EXAM AND IF THE INTERVIEW LETTER IS COMING FROM THE UNITED STATES OR IF IT IS SENT FROM THE LOCAL US EMBASSY TO THE INDIVIDUAL? IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN A MONTH FOR HER TO GET IT IF ITS COMING FROM THE US.

MY SECOND QUESTION IS DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW WITH HER?

Yeah that is correct. Means your case is completed.

quite a few members have. my scan date was feb 10th and I got one. you should call NVC, or least check and see if you have 3 Na now. just log in where you did the iv fee if it shows na by AOS fee, then most likely your case is complete

TODAY I GOT AN EMAIL THAT I WAS ACCEPTED AS THE AGENT, ATTACHED TO IT A PDF WITH THE IV FEE TO BE MAILED (IF) I CAN NOT PAY ONLINE FOR SOME REASON.

I WENT ONLINE TO SEE IF THE IV FEE WAS INVOICED BUT IT WASN'T.

SHOULD I WAIT FEW MORE DAYS TO PAY ONLINE OR SHOULD I JUST SEND IT WITH POST?

I know what you are going through. I paid for an express mail package to be delivered in 3-5 business days. It took 8 business days. It did not update as "delivered" until the day after it was delivered. Next time I will use Fedex which is a little more expensive but more reliable.

All you can do is wait and have faith. It will probably be delivered in the next day or two.

Thank you guys. I called the number but you cant get hold of a person, all options more or less lead to you entering you tracking number which gives you the same answer as if you looked it up online. Its ridiculous. I called NVC they told me that they dont have the package sin their system and I should wait till mid next week to see what happens. :/

I SENT MY PACKAGE (AOS AND IV) ON SATURDAY VIA USPS EXPRESS 2 DAY GUARANTEE. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BY MONDAY AT 3PM, HOWEVER ITS WEDNSDAY NIGHT AND IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED ACCORDING TO THE TRACKING ONLINE, IT SEEMS TO BE STILL AT THE CHICAGO CENTRAL POST OFFICE. (WHEREVER THAT IS) I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE TO SEE WHERE MY PACKAGE IS AND THEY JUST GAVE ME A GENERAL USPS PHONE NUMBER, AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A PERSON. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW!? WAIT!? SEND ANOTHER PACKAGE?! WHAT IF THEY GET BOTH...HELPPPPP PLS

some have sent in the checklist sheet along with the barcoded cover page. some have not and have only included the barcoded cover page. there has been no survey completed to indicate which is 100% correct. if you have completed the AOS package and IV package properly AND included the barcoded cover page then you should expect to sail through the process. to include both pieces of papers will not hurt you or your application process.

I would check off the 'aos documents enclosed' and submit this in the aos package and repeat for the iv documents package. you've got both packages covered this way.....as you suggested. be sure to label both packages with the appropriate info prior to putting these in the larger mailing envelope. i was able to EP so I did not send in 2 checklists. I only emailed one.

you do not need to wait to pay the iv fee before mailing the packages. they are good to go once you have paid the aos fee. just thought I would mention this if you didn't already know.

SENDING OUT MY AOS / IV PACKAGE ( TWO SEPARATE ENVELOPES IN ONE COMBINED PACKAGE) SOON. I HAVE NOT BEEN INVOICED YET FOR THE IV FEE, BUT HAVE IN THE PAID THE AOS FEE AND HAVE THE RECIPE WITH THE ADDRESS AND BARCODE THAT NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. VIA MAIL I HAVE RECEIVED ANOTHER COVER SHEET WITH A CHECKLIST ON IT INCLUDED IN THE COVER LETTER.IT SAYS THAT IT ALSO NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. SINCE I AM SENDING TWO PACKAGES SHOULD I COPY BOTH COVER SHEETS AND INCLUDE IN BOTH PACKAGES, IF YES THEN DO I CHECK THE MATERIAL INCLUDED IN THE AOS PACKAGE ALSO THAT IS IN THE IV PACKAGE AND VICE VERSA?
